We start with a quick conversation and photos (or a site visit for larger projects). You’ll receive a written estimate with scope, materials/allowances, and timeline. Small handyman jobs can often be priced from photos; larger remodels include a detailed line-item proposal.
Most small projects are scheduled within 1–2 weeks; bathrooms and larger interiors usually run 1–3+ weeks on site, depending on selections and inspections. We’ll give you a target start date and a clear sequence of work before we begin.
Interior cosmetic work typically doesn’t require permits. Structural changes, decks, additions, exterior modifications, and some electrical/plumbing often do. We’ll advise what’s needed, pull permits when required, and provide any documents your HOA requests.
